New Studio – Filling 75% of Open Day Spots via Facebook and Instagram Ads

When Ash from Pilates Realm moved states and opened a brand-new studio in Hope Island, she needed a fast, effective way to attract new clients on a very tight budget. She partnered with us on our 6-Week Ads Package for Boutique Studios, launching a two-week Open Day campaign. Despite the chaos of Cyclone Alfred, the campaign resulted in 75% of Open Day spots being filled solely from ads—a strong indicator of demand and a highly successful launch.

Following this, we launched a second warm conversion and retargeting campaign to capitalise on the initial interest and convert engaged audiences into long-term members.

Challenges

  • Brand new studio launch in a new area with no existing local audience

  • Limited timeframe of two weeks to promote the Open Day

  • External challenges such as Cyclone Alfred, which impacted local events and activity levels the week prior to opening

  • Limited social media presence and organic traffic

Our Approach

✅ Targeted Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads to build awareness and drive Open Day bookings
✅ Custom ad creative & messaging designed to resonate with Pilates enthusiasts in the area
✅ Optimised audience targeting to reach people likely to engage and book
✅ Real-time ad performance tracking & adjustments to maximise results
✅ Retargeting & warm audience strategy for follow-up conversions

Campaign 1: Open Day Results:

  • 19,302 impressions across the campaign
